          When you are still and quiet, then they will come, those sweet encounters with the sublime, when all is good, tender, and fine, within you and the world around you.  Why, you might ask, will all be fine when you know there will be times of sadness and turmoil?  And I answer, because when you are still and quiet, the swells will calm and become as ripples on a pond, or stream.  As the water accepts the stone or pebble unto itself there is movement upon the surface at the entering.  But then, the ripples move out, away from the point of entry, and blend into the water until it is smooth once again.  Accept that which comes to you in the same way and that which was once stormy chaos, will move away, and blend into the pool of calm, which shall be you.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Be as living water, moving over rocks, and sand, around every bend, making your way Home, celebrating each day.  Accept that which comes your way, knowing that which is held within you will clean whatever enters your flowing body, bringing clarity to that which was once dark or grey.
