          Allow your heart to lead you away from shadowy energies, which fly about, tempting you to gossip, anger, retaliation, and other such energies.  When you speak ill of another, you begin to think less of yourself.  When you are prone to anger or retaliation, your inner landscape responds to the energy, and soon your physical body emulates your inner body.  The result can be weakened places, where sickness can take up spaces, which once were healthy and vibrant.  Let your practice be to only speak good of others.  Close the door on anger and thoughts of retaliation.  Guard your spiritual and physical body.  Know the value and worth you are.  Be vigilant and let My light shine through all you do.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Creating time for a spiritual practice, every day, requires a desire to do so.  When the desire stirs within you, follow, as it is the path to wisdom.

          Floating on the breeze of peace, swaying, expanding, contracting, as if in a mystical dance with the air.  It is delightful, heady, as you release all thoughts of care, rising and falling in a sacred breath with all that is around you.  Seek peace, as the experience is worthy of the effort.  Do not drag burdens you think you must bear.  Rise up and be free to dance with the air.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Is a spiritual practice worth the effort?  Yes.  Yes.  A thousand times, yes, and more.  You will know it when you soar into that which has always been with you, yet somehow unreachable, until you knew The Way.  Aspire to be fully the spirit of The Way.

          The abyss of anger leads one to deeper channels of despair, going on and on, spiraling downward, into the depths of darkness.  These words sound ominous.  They are meant to be.  Be still and hear Me.  Turn your head from anger and listen to My words.  If you will be quiet, My words will wash you, cleansing all debris away, until you feel the grip of anger loosen, then release.  Do not permit hatred to mar your being.  Anger does not come from Me.  It is tempting you farther and farther away, burying you under the burden of anger.  I will show you The Way, and you shall be freed from the bondage of anger, to hate no more, only to love.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Holding onto anger is as if you are clutching the tail of a dragon, dragging it up every hill that is yours to climb, being chased by it as it follows you down the other side.  Release the tail of the dragon, and be free to be, just as you are meant to be.

          Would you have the sun to rise in a different way?  Would you have the moon to set its course other than it is?  Then know this.  I would not have you rise any other way.  I would not have you set your course in any other way.  You are created of Me.  You have been given free will.  Choose the way you rise.  Choose the course you wish to traverse.  Be you, and all the glory that is within you.  I love you.  I sent you forth to do, not to stagnate in doubt.  Walk into the new day, knowing who you are.  You are of Me.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Where there is doubt, there is fear.  Sit with Me, and we will obliterate doubt so you might be free to be as you are created to be.  You will be free to live without fear.

          What do you think would happen if you let yourself go, if you would be free of what others think of you?  What do you think would happen?  I will tell you.  You would be as you are meant to be.  You were not created to please other human beings.  You are spirit, inhabiting a human form, for only a brief period.  Do not limit yourself to a brief period, when you have all eternity to be, as you are meant to be.

 And The Holy Spirit says:

           Take that which is given to you, and live as you are meant to live, not only for the brief time you are upon Earth, but for eternity, which is not time, which is no time.
