Come to Me. Now, while you are feeling tossed and torn and disconnected, while you are feeling alone. Waste not this time, choosing to hide away, closing out the sunlight and the flowers and the rain. Come to Me, when you are carrying the burden of pain. Without hesitation come to Me. Light is pouring from Me and in so doing is also pouring in you. Hold not this precious light inside. Rise-up with Me and allow the light to pour through you, out into the world, which seems to be a troublesome place, wherein you must abide for a while. Rise-up and come to Me.
And The Holy Spirit says:
It is not easy to rise-up when burdens are weighing you down. But in those darkest of times, that is when your most noble deed will be in rising, answering the call, responding to My whisper, asking you to rise-up, and walk with God. For what can bring you to your knees, when you are in the company of The Creator of All Things?

Be at peace in the rising of the sun, this day. Reject thoughts of frustration, even anger, for these energies sap your energies, rather than inundating them with light. Drink from the cup, of energy, which lifts your spirits and your heart, and brings song to your soul. You feel the energetic difference in the vibration of words such as hate, anger, vindication, and revenge, when juxtaposed to words such as love, peace, compassion, kindness, and forgiveness. It is comparing heaviness to weightlessness, darkness to light. Live in the light. Act within the energy of love,
And The Holy Spirit says:
Resist the temptation to react when negativity is hurled toward you. Rise up and choose to act with love to all which comes to you. For in this way you shall be The Bringer of Peace. But first, peace must be established within your heart. For you cannot bring that which you do not have.

The circle flows, without apparent interruption, without an obvious beginning, without an obvious ending. Close your eyes and allow yourself to trace a circle. If you can do this without disruption, you will begin to feel eternity as it continues, with no beginning, no ending. This practice will bring you peace. You will find yourself beathing slower, your heart beating slower, your body slowly returning to relaxation, as you establish eternity within your being.
And The Holy Spirit says:
I will whisper, and you shall hear Me, sometimes as if I was speaking loudly, trying to get your attention. You will know, even when no one else around you seems to fathom that which has been revealed to you. And that is precisely how it is meant to be. Revelation comes to the one ready to embrace the gift outright.

When everyday life upon Earth has taken its toll upon you, and you encounter more barriers than you do walls with open doors, be still. Even though you exert more energy than you have in store, nothing seems less, and troubles seem more. Give Me all worry and concern, and I will take the lead. When you are too exhausted to go on, I will guide you and show you The Way out of the shadowland into the glory of The Light; and you shall be restored once more.
And The Holy Spirit says:
I AM The Light within you. While those around you will not hear Me, you will hear Me when you are still and quiet. You have The Map, The Counselor already, within you. I AM The Source and The Prophecy and The Promise fulfilled; and I live, within you. So, in the time of your direst need, help and guidance is always within you, waiting for you to allow The Spirit of God to lead you from darkness into The Light.

I hear your frequent call, explaining there is no time for prayer, for sitting in quiet, with so many obligations weighing you down, slumping your shoulders. But I say unto you, when there is work to do, let the work be your prayer. As you toil, whisper My name. Soon you will know that there is nothing you can do which cannot become a living prayer. Speak to Me as you work. Then, your everyday responsibilities become conversations with Me. Speak to Me as you work, and your work will then be a prayerful communication with your Creator.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Reject the posture of tightening your shoulders as you push into the obligations and responsibilities of the day. Relax your posture and embrace whatever you are called to do as the source of communication with God. Speak to God while you work, and the words, streaming from toil, will rise up as a prayer, carried on the wings of angels directly to God. Work. Speak. Pray. This will create a prayerful day wherever there was once, only a day of work. Stress will be scattered, and peace shall reign as you face a world of tasks, chores, obligations, and responsibilities, speaking with The Creator of All Things.

Whenever the body grows weary, rest in stillness so it can restore and rejuvenate and bring back to life the muscles, and bones, and sinew. Give time the opportunity to heal that which is spent in everyday toil. And, whenever your soul, your spirit, your heart grows weary, do the same. Allow the spirit and soul to rest in stillness, so restoration and rejuvenation can bring back to life that which you truly are. Your heart will sing of peace restored, once it is accomplished. Reject the accusations you hurl onto yourself and allow My Spirit to touch you, heal you, restore and rejuvenate and bring back to life the joy of your spirit, your soul. Allow the physical and the spiritual time to gain balance.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Your physical body needs the life of the soul and spirit to bring Heaven onto Earth. And your spiritual body needs the life of your soul and spirit to bring ascension to the Earth experience. Balance is achieved with the union of the physical and the spiritual. And this oneness is the gateway to the mystical.
