Often it feels as if change is galloping over a meadow and the powerful steed has left you standing in the field, gripping fear and doubt, wondering how it will all turn out. When this sensation threatens to overwhelm you, whisper My name, call on Me. For creation to continue there must be change. But the change is intended to flow, gracefully, as in a beautiful waltz, turning, stepping, moving with the melody. You no longer wear the shoes you wore as a child. There was change, and you grew, leaving the old, embracing the new. That is how I wish for you to live, embracing all which comes to you with renewed hope, faith, and trust that you do know the steps, and you do know when to turn. Rise-up and join in the dance, willingly, gracefully, eternally.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Life upon Earth is delightful and sometimes mysterious. As you breathe the air, let it be as a prayer, thankful for all you have. And let your every exhalation be filled with celebration of The Gifts you carry within. The dance is with you. Join in.

Rest your hand in Mine. There, we feel so much wiser now, closer than we ever were before. And in this mingling of all that is within us, we travel through eternity once more. Nothing can ever harm you, not the real you, resting as spirit, inside of the physical you. Nothing can ever be strong enough to shake your core and release your hand from Mine. It is that simple. It is that beautiful. I reach for you, and you reach for Me, and we meet in the middle of all eternity.
And The Holy Spirit says:
No amount of studying, reading, and gathering information, within your brain, will ever get you to the point you reach when you rest your hand in Mine. For, I was sent to you, to comfort you, to counsel you in all times. And that is what I intend to do. Come, rest with Me, and let us speak of whatever concerns thee. And when you rise, and tears no long fill your eyes, you will ride upon My breath, filled with wisdom, once more.

Do not shroud the present, or dim the future, by holding on to remnants of anger or regret from the past. You will recognize the clouds and turbulence of issues left unresolved in your feelings when something or someone comes into your thoughts. Your thoughts are telling you, leaving clues of the residue remaining on your heart. Trust what you are saying to you. The only resolution is forgiveness, but while you procrastinate, feeling you are not ready to forgive, the dark cloud stays with you, diminishing the light within you and all around you. Forgiveness is a journey into compassion, ending within the energy of understanding from a different perspective. To begin the journey, which will lead you into wisdom rather than knowledge, will take determination to stay the course. Every day whisper the words, “I forgive.” At first you will not mean it entirely, but your heart and soul will recognize the path you have chosen, and day by day the words will hold more meaning until, at last, you speak the truth. “I forgive.”
And The Holy Spirit says:
Do not give way to ego’s demand that you hold on to past slights, rejections, or wounds. It is time to heal and return to the light of the present piece of eternity with you. Follow the path of forgiveness. Welcome back to The Light.

Every season springs forth with life, lives, then heralds the coming of another. Nature plays out before you in a way which is easy to take for granted. Night follows day, and day follows night. There are some in the plant kingdom which do the same. Watch nature and you will see your life reflected in the springtime bud, the summer flower, the fall resting, and the winter dormant, only to rise up again with the warming of the soil in the light of a springtime sun. Those who read The Book of Nature find wisdom therein.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Mother Earth was born in the creation process and so were you. She responds to the compelling plan set in place and so can you. Watch her and learn.

As the sun is always shining in the sky above, so glows the moon. Even when you cannot see the sun or the moon, they are present in the sky. And so it is with the things of spirit, those things you cannot see, but from within you know they are with you. You cannot see The Holy Spirit, yet it dwells within each of you. You see with your heart, and know with your soul, that wisdom is yours from within. You cannot see Me right now, yet I AM with you, and have created signs in the physical world, which give you a glimpse of eternal truth, which lead you onto a spiritual path. Just because you cannot see it nor touch it, does not mean it is not with you.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Day after day, year after year, you search, unaware that, that which you seek is within you. But the day will come, when the unseen reveals itself, in a minute, in a flash, before you, and your heart will leap for joy. For that which you sought was with you all the while.

Make no mistake concerning this, you live forever. Yet, even though you live, you cannot carry the material with you, as your being alters from physical to wholly spirit. What you do carry with you is the wisdom gained by your spirit, as you walked Earth. Thus, it is possible to grow in wisdom, even the spirit that is you, wearing a garment of Earth. The wisdom you gain and carry with you is shared with the whole. As you continue, and grow in wisdom, all eternity gains in wisdom, grows with you, with constant change. Continuing creation is not stagnant. It grows as you, and all other beings, contribute to The One. The wisdom of the whole grows richer and more profound with each addition. It is important for you to know this so you might focus on what your contribution will be for you are creating it now.
And The Holy Spirit says:
It is easy to be distracted by the glitter of the material world around you. But it is powerful to set a course, of your everyday journey, which will yield confidence, compassion, wisdom of every description. As you become proficient in this endeavor, it will delight you, to know your contribution to eternity will be one of shimmering glory of your time upon Earth, sharing all you learned, as you move through continuing creation, into eternity.

Do not waste your time fearing that which has not yet happened. Rather choose to prepare for all things by sitting quietly with Me. Work your spiritual muscles in stillness, by asking and receiving guidance in all ways, for all things. Once the practice of quietly asking what you need to know, and receiving the answers from within has been perfected, all doubt and fear will fall from you because you know it is in the stillness you ask and receive answers of wisdom.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Do not waste your days and nights in the energy of fear, or doubt. Come sit with Me, for I AM your Counselor. I will whisper and you will know The Way, what to say, and where to go.
