The eternal you lives within the robe of flesh you have chosen to serve you, during your journey upon Earth. When your material body is physically drained, stressed, or in disease, your spiritual body is fully well. When your material body is distracted by the things of the world around you, your spiritual body is fully well. Your spiritual body reaches out to embrace the Earth experience, accepting one piece of eternity, which is the present, unto itself. Your spiritual body is cherishing the experience, even when your physical body denies the present, or pushes the present away. The total Earth experience is when the spiritual and the physical live as one, fearing nothing, open to all which comes. And, when this comingling occurs, you are living eternally, gathering each experience unto you, acknowledging the lesson and the glory as one.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Strive to live as a physical and spiritual being, each aspect of your being working in harmony, in oneness. Once this is achieved you are in balance with all that is. You see no ending. You see no circumference as a boundary, limiting possibilities. You see only life, eternal life in celebration of continuing creation. That which began with a breath lives within you.

Bear the silence just one moment longer. Remain in stillness and cultivate calm, breathing deeply, slowly. There are so many sacred anchors ready to hold you, as you slip into sweet surrender. You will not float away. You will fly, with My angels, in quiet rectitude with My Holy Spirit. When the time comes, for the silence to be done, for the stillness to stretch and sway, the opening of your eyes will reveal the beauty of the new day, and you will be restored.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Find your way of relaxing into the new day. I AM within you to guide you, so you will not stray from peace, but spread it lightly, as stardust, all along The Way.

During your journey upon Earth, while wearing a garment of Earth, reject the temptation to go backwards, for this segment of your path began with your earthly birth, and continues from that point. Every step taken holds a memory, an energetic imprint, marking the places you have been. And in each space your passing is not held in the dust of a footprint. It is held in a burst of the energy of creation, the creation of thought, word, and deed. While you cannot physically remain in these specific locations, spiritually the essence of you is there. It cannot be eradicated. Thus, the importance of purifying your presence for eternal existence.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Prepare yourself to allow eternity to be your ever-present reality.

Watch the leaves as they wave from their branch of the tree, especially in the morning, when the light of the rising sun is touching trees, awakening from the night of slumber. If the air is still, each leaf sits, just being, holding its place on the branch of the tree. If the air is quickened with a breeze, or even stronger wind, each leaf waves, making its presence known, holding its place on the branch of the tree. Ponder this, for all of nature has lessons to teach, revealing mysteries unnoticed by those who hurry through each day, resting only with the coming of night.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Hurry not. Be still. Watch and see. Listen and hear. Acknowledge and be one with all that is.

When I whisper to you in the stillness of the night, you will hear Me. When I reach for you in the quiet of the night, you will feel Me. For you see, My whisper, My reaching, are happening, within you. So, if you stir, during the night, do not dismiss it, rolling over, pulling the covers up around your shoulders. In the night My love song will come to you when tranquility is your blanket and My arms your pillow. Neither dismiss, as happenstance, what occurs so vividly in your dreams. Sit with your memories, even as they float aways, as the mist of morn. We are closer than you think, for we are one.
And The Holy Spirit says:
Allow the miracle to take place, within you. Permit yourself to walk on air, and delight in the beauty of Mother Earth. Place no limits, nor boundaries, on what you can do. For, the miracles will come in waves, as the ocean rises up to fall upon the sandy shore. Open. Be still, be quiet, be vigilant, and accept the bountiful gifts you are holding, within.
