      Setting yourself aside, in a quiet place, seeking answers, from Me, is not a waste of time, should not be seen as some type of punishment.  It is not an empty ritual.  It is a practice, which will draw you closer, to Me.

And The Holy Spirit says:

       Those, who practice: improve, and grow in their skill; begin to, not only practice, but, through the practice, they become that, which they are seeking.  When your spiritual practice includes specific times, set aside to seek God, then the seeking of God shall be fulfilled.  Because you have knocked on the door, the door will open.  That, which you seek, will be given to you, because of your intention, because of your practice.
